Shop Policies
All sales are final unless we inadvertently ship an incorrect item.
We package all items in plastic bags for protection, but we do not assume responsibility for items once they have been shipped.
Once packages are delivered to USPS/UPS, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
If the fault is ours, we will correct it right away!
Return shipping is at your expense.
Products which are washed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Cancellations
As a general rule, we do not offer cancellations.
This particularly applies on PREORDER items.
Gift cards are non-refundable at any time.
Downloaded patterns are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the item(s) being returned.
All refunds are issued against your original form of payment.
