This is a one-of-a-kind quilted jacket made from a vintage quilt top. This coat was created using a vintage hand-stitched quilt top covered in a multi-colored bear claw pattern in a variety of colors and neutral cotton fabrics. For a finished look, the top was quilted using a straight line quilting pattern on 80/20 batting and a pink cotton/poly backing.
A basic jacket design finished off with a hood and 5 button-up closure. One size fits most and sleeves can be rolled up for a comfy look. Quilts are soaked and washed prior to redesigning, there are aging spots, but that only adds to the charm. These jackets are like wearing a hug – this is a piece of history, and you can add to its story.
